Before installing DMSI Team Management, verify that your environment meets these requirements.

Required #

DMSI DDLS Core Plugin #

DMSI Team Management is an extension and cannot function without the base DMSI DDLS plugin. DDLS must be:

• Installed and activated
• Fully set up with a valid license
• Running version compatible with Team Management v1.0.1

If DDLS is not active when Team Management loads, the extension will silently do nothing. No admin notice will appear.

WordPress #

• WordPress 5.8 or higher recommended
• PHP 7.4 or higher

WooCommerce (for Multi-Seat Licenses only) #

If you intend to sell Team License products, WooCommerce must be installed and active. WooCommerce is required for:

• The “Team License” product type tab
• Seat tier selection at checkout
• Auto-provisioning team licenses on purchase

Note: If you only want to use the Admin Staff Team Management features, WooCommerce is not required. The staff team features work independently.

Optional #

WooCommerce Subscriptions #

If you want customers to be able to upgrade their seat tier on a subscription (with proration), WooCommerce Subscriptions must be active. Without it, the proration feature for subscription upgrades will not be available, though one-time license upgrades still work.
