Team Admins can promote Team Members to Team Admin, or demote Team Admins to Team Member.

Steps #

• (‘ol’, ‘Go to My Team in your portal.’)

• (‘ol’, ‘Find the member whose role you want to change.’)

• (‘ol’, ‘Click Change Role next to their name.’)

• (‘ol’, ‘Select the new role (Team Admin or Team Member).’)

• (‘ol’, ‘Confirm.’)

The Last Admin Rule #

You cannot demote the last remaining Team Admin. At least one admin must always exist. The “Change Role” option will not be available for the last admin.

Practical Uses #

Promoting to Team Admin:

• When the original purchaser leaves the company and a colleague takes over team management
• When the team grows and you want a second person to help manage invitations and membership

Demoting to Team Member:

• When a former admin should no longer have management rights
• When restructuring responsibilities within the team
